That was 2 yrs ago. Last Summer our dog took a 50' short cut & almost caught a doe racing to exit the back yard. Not seen a deer since. AFA the markets? Started slowly redeploying decades of accumulated trading capital into several self constructed & managed pvt. equity portfolios in 2004. Finished late 2017. Attractive items were sometimes hard to buy at attractive prices. Portfolios based on common theme of very LT increase in inflation which has greatly accelerated in recent years. Results have been excellent. <Let The Money Do The Work> has provided the additional dividend of lots of time for gardening, tending our small fruit orchard, more quality time with family (our 4 yr old granddaughter is visiting us this week) and other retirement enjoyments. Have nothing to sell. These are multi-generation assets. Very capable #1 son will take the helm after I'm gone & he's doing an outstanding job of lo key mentoring the grand kids when their turn eventually arrives. Life is very good. Have to leave it at that. Out of posting time here. Iso
