Didn't mean the stock would go straight up without backing and filling. Remember there are "fools" still selling short every time it goes up. Would have preferred sideways today, if not up, but note volume was less than half of yesterday. Base building is usually a tedious business, shake out as many weak hands as possible before the move up. Even a move back down to test the lows again would not change the bullish technical action.

However, it should come on lighter volume. AND.......it should not break the old lows on a closing basis. That would be ominous.

Technical analysis is only a tool that gives you parameters for buying, selling, and worrying. If it was 100% accurate we wouldn't need the (mis)information put out by the wire houses.
