If he changes his tune, he'd be exposed. His steadfast rigid policies have proven to be poisonous and bad for all Americans.
Hard to imagine a President that makes Bill Clinton look wise in his flexibility.

Biden is too far wrong on far too many policies to be otherwise flexible when it is apparent it is not working!
