for certain, we are all entitled to our own priorities & habits -- my life experience provides
evidence to me that those individuals who choose less than 7 to 9 hours per week consistently
practicing an exercise & stretching regimen end up with less than optimal energy & health in their
60's, 70's, 80's and 90's

the benefits of exercise and stretching accumulate in the body over time ...
what we choose to do each day matters
