Nothing wrong with China, they are a good business partner. Our enemies, that cause us to falter and stumble as nations, are within. When it comes to the matter of corruption, our legal systems should be kicking in, the fact they are not tells a story. I have some electronics in shipment from China. I need to be able to selectively turn off hard drives as I have too many of them on at once. Cost about $35. I expect it should turn up before the end of the month, though it's marked as arriving July. Same in USA. The enemies thay have are within. If the systems start functioning correctly, then it would be time to discuss with China any ongoing issues if necessary. The Chinese are best suited to deal with China. In a good neigbourhood, which I have called our mutual space "Spaceship Earth" is when we keep our own houses neat and tidy, and make sure we do not mess up a neighbours house in the process.
