As I understand it, it is a recommendation that's happening or not. Then the vac has to go to the next - approval - stage. I'm looking at a recommendation happening, a subsequent small stock jump, and then yet another fall in the stock as people recognize it might be (or might not be) another delay before an approval is or is not given.

I have lost so much respect for the FDA, CDC, advisory boards, and the intertwined big pharma companies that are involved in our health care system.
