You and everyone else it seems. Went to Costco yesterday to really fill-up my truck. Whoever filled up in front of me got ~ 6 gallons of gas. Definitely not a fill-up. The woman who pulled up in the pump behind me had difficulty with her membership card or something she was struggling for a bit before the attendant came and helped her. When she finally was working and pumping, she was there just briefly and she left, so another one not a fill-up.
