INTC: sometimes the news accelerates the completion of a bearish pattern ( fifth wave down) already in place. I have no position, but I do think $37-$39 represents the bottom area for a substantial move higher. Of course, when the stock has been a dog for a while and the bottom is about to complete, very few are interested. schrts.co
