Ok, so I'm confused... Maybe I missed something or there's something I really don't understand about the Federal Judiciary... Dimocraps trying to pass a law that says you need to wait 'til you're 21 to buy an assault weapon... Do they think the Supreme Court is going to overrule the 9th?? Especially in light of the NY case decision that is to come down shortly where everyone who watched the case argued seems to think that the Supremes are going broadly go against silly 2A restrictions. All the ruckus about Roe, did they forget about this one or is this a lightning rod to push for expanding the court. latimes.com
