you get most of your gasoline from ferndale refinery which gets heavy crude from alaska. you also get crude or finished product from russia. Your state is like california i expect and have a very high refine rate for gasoline. it costs usually $1.00 more than other gasoline in the united states. It is a west coast refine law.

You also have to look at your state tax and any local tax to compare your pump price against other states.
