Thanks John..............I did look up the state fuel tax and it's 0.494 per gallon. Didn't find anything about the refining rate, but since we're being ruled by climate change zealots, no doubt there is an extra tax added to the refining process here.

We don't have an income tax in WA state, so they're always looking for creative ways of finding more revenue.

We pay the third highest state fuel tax in the nation behind Cali at 0.511 and (interestingly) Penn at the highest at 0.576.
