Ok here you go ! I think that after the Asia thing plays out in the 1st Q and new Aquisitions like KSI and Memtec show declines in sales we will see a lower low for USF and more writeoffs. 25-30 range is my wild guess. I wonder who they plan on buying next I hope they do not have any ideas about ION....ION is well managed and I do not want them srewing them up ! Andrew
