Funny you should mention the crasher of phone systems. I was involved with the blocking of those 'blue/black' boxes back in the 60's/70's! You want to talk about a 'crash' project! We had to 'crank' a couple man-hours into that one!

Well the actual "event" I was referring to was the the loss of service caused by some nested if-then procedure that kept rebooting the systems, the great CORNHOLIO said 91 and I think that is when it happened, right around MLK holiday I believe, of course they blamed it on the poor hackers like mitnick, but as it was said "We have met the enemy, and he is us." Fortunately someone had the bright idea to only test it on HALF the systems and therefore only half went down, in the world of Dibert decisions I would have to say that guy was a friggin genius, Where is my TEEPEE oh great CORNHOLIO?
