Mark, Purely off hand, I'd say the presented information is good news. I don't believe for a minute that FPDs represent a fraction of the versatility of VRD. Light, weather conditions, size/resolution: FPDs can't compete with VRD. The interesting part, as I can see it, is that the data and information is available for military use, but the displaying of it has obvious limitations. If the list of suppliers is correct, it only shows that there is a whole bunch of producers out there competing for their meager share of the market, whilst our friends in Seattle are alone.
