Organization:
1) Sales Representatives with followings at 5% commission.
2) Sales offices if 5% commission becomes too expensive.
3) Inside telephone marketing staff for cold calls and order taking.
4) Inside marketing staff for Free new releases or paid advertizing.

Marketing:
1) Identify markets and potential large customers.
2) Monthly free product and/or service news releases targeting trade papers and magazines. (Bingo cards are effective for three month)
3) Weekly financial free news releases for customers' attention. (To get customers to favour STRR)
4) Advertizing if necessary to meet competition and have the same presence.
5) Periodic promotions.(free give aways or prizes to gain a foot in the door)
6) Loss leaders to get customers for a long term license or contract.
7) Direct mailing to potential customers. (costs 10 cents per name but $4 per return, $15 per sale)
8) Design company brochure periodically.

Sales:
1) A company brochure. (Prestige or functional to the point)
2) Identify potential customer list. (build list each day)
3) Distribute brochures and do follow ups.
4) Measure success by the quotation requests.
5) Each lead must be answered and reported.
6) 7 to 15 cold calls a day scheduled for spare time.
7) Sales quota for each sales person by the week. ( no slip ups )
9) Rotation of sales persons for stress relieve. (every 3 month)

Modern technique:
