Excuse me Gary did not intend to offend with my opinions.
I work for ION and would prefer ION stay out of the USF group of businesses . I think it would be much more profitable for me !
I have some small amount of stock in USF and have not bought more as the appreciation of the stock has been flat do to the means in which USF finance thier aquisitions. All this stock they issue to buy these companies will eventually hit the market and I feel create downward pressure on the stock in the short term (12 months or so)

If you look at CUL the stock price has been rising due to well managed growth and would have (more than likely) continued.
Yes USF is paying 60 a share for CUL but in 2 years if left on its own
I think it would have been a better return for the investor.

The big if GARY is can USF create all these synergies between the aquisitions. It is alot harder to do it than to say it.

Andrew and his opinions
