Re: KMI - Note that newer delivery contracts also have a commodity price component now. Fixed rate pluse a commodity price component.

Started to add to INTC, AMAT, QCOM and others and more every 5% lower. Finally after waiting over 3 years and holding all this cash can now start spending.

Seeing several low PE, high dividend payers emerge and will be starting positions there too.

This sell off to get ugly too. Expect a DOW -2K day in the next 10 days, that will be your signal that selling has peaked and Mr. Fear has arrived.
