Last Thursday, the Fed Funds Futures implied an 8% chance of a 75bp hike on the 15th. Today, the FFF's imply a 43% chance of a 75bp hike on the 15th. If the Fed only hikes 50bp, will equities rally? While it is not within the scope of their mandate, a sky-high USD has to be on the minds of the Fed Governors as well when they meet.
