William, as I understand it, FTEL is having problems getting the NASDAQ. I don't believe it is certain that they will get it, even if it is believed to be likely.

Is the six figure sale the previously announced Intrine order which was announced months ago? Based on the quality and nature of past press releases of the company, I think you should read the President's recent message again.

Often companies will release news in times of likely selling so that the stock price won't drop. One should keep that in mind with all small cap stocks, especially.

Has anyone gone over the S1's yet to see how many fewer shares Frank has than he did in early 1997? I'll document that next. As I said last night, "you might be surprised".
