Information on Esprit Telecom. Web site: esprittele.com Esprit received a UK PTO license very recently. Story: pcquote.newsalert.com It already holds similar licenses in Germany and The Netherlands. Importantly, it managed to place a $300 million note offering at 11.5%: esprittele.com Note that Esprit is operating in somewhat of the same market as Colt Telecom (COLTY), the stock price of which has gone up astronomically recently. Of course, a takeover of any of these companies by one of the ex-monopolies should never be excluded. -Alex
