After reading the financials I kept dwelling on the debtless aspect of the company. Management could've done alot of things with the cash from the facility sale. I don't know CCUR's total cost of capital(cost of borrowed funds, specifically), but I would think being at least partially leveraged is a good thing for a growing company.

None the less, I liked the decision. I kept wondering though, with several quarters of profitability and almost no debt, what would Corky's answer be if asked what his reaction would be if someone made an offer for the company. I'm not saying that he is trying to sell the company, but it sure looks mighty attractive.

After pouring over the report I kept thinking that management could have done a lot of underhanded things to screw investors(I hope I'm not saying this too soon). We all, who follow small caps, have seen our fair share I'm sure. I really like the way this company is being managed.

IMHO, it's a long term buy!

Good luck,

Scott
