I think you'll find that most good "technical analysts" say that charts have little if any application for pennies ---
1)because of their volatility relative to news and momentum
2)because of weakness in fundamentals when compared to blue chips
3)because of smaller capitalization allowing for easier manipulation by unscrupulous parties

But,,,, I like to see positive signs in charts, too. I hope that there is strong positive news in the near future to support and sustain the price increase.
