Sam,

Yes, I am very interested in MRVC as an investment.

>Do you own shares of MRVC?

Yes, although I liquidated 80% of my holdings at $27 1/2 after
MRVC stalled following 3Com's earnings report. I know you guys
disagree with me on this, but I suspect a major culprit (justifiable,
or otherwise) is 3Com's comment that it overtook Intel in the
FE sector.

>Are you shorting MRVC?

No. (see above)

As I said, as an investment. But I am in the process of re-evaluating
the fundamentals .... and speaking for myself, visibility for MRVC
has gotten a little foggier of late.

Thank you. I have learned a lot from you guys too.

Hope the above clarify things.

Ah, but whose estimate? No major WS firm covers MRVC. I doubt the
regionals that cover it counts for much. So I have to resort to
my own estimate--I want to see MRVC do sales of $23.5M and eps of
$0.13. This would represent a Q-to-Q growth rate of about 20%.

Sounds like a grand idea...as long as its a friendly round :)

Cheers,
