USA waves them through the border in the tens of millions which was fine for those wanting gardeners, cheap manual workers, drugs, and voters for more free stuff.
Australia has it right. People no longer are swarming in boats as they were. Israel has it right too though I think less maiming could be achieved = little drones that fly up to invading people and disable them with various less fatal or injurious means. That would also be a useful military development.
UK could put a bounty on invaders, load them into landing craft and forcibly evict them into Libya from where many leave. Or they could be relocated to Falkland Islands or some remote island.
A better idea would be to stop starting wars causing millions of refugees. Such as in Libya, Iraq, Yemen, Georgia, Ukraine. Of course that's not the cause of African invaders.
