1.2 million deaths so far in the US. Not sure what the relationship with pulling teeth and people dying is. As a first responder I am dealing with hospitals and other agencies on a steady basis. We no longer wear masks in choppers but I take it as a matter of course to mask up in a hospital when I walk in the door or am dealing a patient. In the same manner I put on gloves when dealing with blood or do a survey when I arrive on scene. Was asked to double glove today - I saw no reason to argue the point - just do it and get on with life.

you are fixated on the number - that is your issue not mine - that is the number I see when the team is reminded about safety protocols.

Oddly we have had to deal with weird people blocking ambulances telling us to take off the masks and not live in fear - that we do not need any of the protective gear. When I have a patient who I later find out died and had to be bagged as a bio hazard because he had a bacterial infection that had no cure I am happy to have worn the gear and just as glad to send it all off to the incinerator..... and at the time I was thinking "god this is a pain in the ass, it would be so much easier without this crap on" .... that interaction put a light on things.

You keep hammering away at those numbers, maybe spend some time on the side of the road wrapped in a flag shouting about freedumb, your actions may make a difference in someone's life.

actually it is ral F ph, the spelling is correct and the history behind it comes from a world a bit separated from SI. Just because you do not comprehend something does not mean that it does not exist, that it is wrong, or your ignorance is the equivalent of truth.
