When yuo use the word 'encumbered' do you mean that other private but related companies have 'sweetheart' deals for buying ag products form CLCI or for plying CLCI with supplies or services? Hard to say what precise impact will be of El Nino, although for the mainly non-coastal CLCI properties, I would think they would come out of it pretty well based on the rainfall patterns so far.
