There's an element of Bull Sh*t here.

Does each broker have but one client?

Answer - NO!

So which client gets called first?

Which gives the advantage to the FIRST client!

And which clients get called last?

And what can they (the LAST clients notified) do after every other client in the pecking order above them has already placed their sell orders HOURS before?

Use some common sense here!
