I ALWAYS drive at night when doing cross country trips. Less traffic, construction areas usually not active, old folks in RVs aren't out on the road, etc. Make much better time.
HUGE difference when you have to go by a major city that has gridlock during the day too.
You all can blame that closing dump on me. I cut 1/3 of my shorts because I was sure they would defend DOW 30K after holding it most of the day. 3.4 billion sell on the close came in and killed that idea.
