Mr Martineau,
There have been allegations made on this thread of fugitive involvement in Harvard Scientific. Could you please comment on this? I believe you might be able to provide us with some input on the subject.

P.S.--Gene (Tom? Jackie? Don? Eric?), I quote from your post #1 (12/96) on this thread:
"UpJohn has done all its scientific DD on HVSF's patented technology, and one could resonably speculate that Upjohn would elect to buy out company at some price north of $10-12/s within next six to eight months. In Feb, independent biotech advisory svc. had a projection of $26-28 within 24 months as technology completed testing and company sales and market share increased. As HVSF completes its Phase II & III testing, the price will keep keep going up. This is a neat story and immediate play for the intrepid."
Folks, that $26-$28 is now $260-$280 after the split. Supposedly, this "independent biotech advisory svc" made the projection in February of 1996, so we are now exactly 24-months later, and we're currently under a dollar. Martineau admitted on a separate thread that he worked for Harvard Scientific. Given that there is an admission that Upjohn "has done all its scientific DD on HVSF's patented technology" a long time ago, one wonders where the buyout is. My call? Upjohn is undoubtedly not interested, and, if it were, it probably figures it can buy any R&D for peanuts at an HVSF Chapter 11 creditors' auction.
Also, get a load of the "As HVSF completes its Phase II & III testing" phrase. I am not a lawyer, but I would think that you might be able to sue for that. Any lawyers out there? I think this whole thing is criminal. "Afaq", what do you think? I am sure you can somehow put a positive spin on all of this. |
