IGB, I have numbness issues with my arms due to calcium deposits et al in my neck. I was only getting 2 hours of sleep at a time before it woke me. After doctor gave me two different drugs to help me (but didn't b/c of ASE's), I switched to Tylenol PM for pain and am now getting more than 4 hours before I wake with noticeable reduction in pain. I know Tylenol is not for everyone and I've not used TENS, but might after reading Xena's story. P.S. Kentucky and Xena, thanks with the link to this board and starting it.
