No we have not tried TENS. I will definitely give it a try. Do I just purchase it from Amazon?

My son is a Physical Therapist so we are going to try dry needling for several areas on my dad.

I have had several nagging pains/injuries in my hip and shoulder. The dry needling immediately helped me. I was really shocked that it worked. Especially at my hip bone area that could really get sore when I was sleeping.

Dry needling can have amazing results. I know a lot of my sons patients were shocked how immediate the results were for them. Imagine not being able to raise your arm (extended out) above your head due to mobility and pain. After one treatment the needle hits a trigger point and all of a sudden you are pain free. I think the needling has a chance to be helpful for some of my dad's pain, but we can also try the TENS.

Thanks for the information.
