Jeff,

It's a must get for performance freaks, get it with the most stable P II
overcloking board, the LX6 and get some kick ass SDRAM from Samsung
with it.

My concerns about bad memory is with the 60 nanosecond EDO not the SDRAM. The synchronous design on SDRAM eliminates the memory failures while allowing for the higher bus speeds. I only test up to 83mhz and use Micron EDO and it works great. If you read their earlier article for Pentiums they recomended MU with the 430HX chipset.

I only use EDO with Pentium Systems and only use the 430HX chipset.

Now they are using Samsung SDRAM at 100mhz. They are using the 440LX chipset that only uses SDRAM. It did not say what product is being tested but Samsung may have a good -10 chip that they like. The manufacturing and testing of these products have much higher specs to meet the 100mhz requirements. In addition they did not say much about the memory and if it was designed for PC100 although more than likely it was.

Thanks for the post.
