I recalled a bit more about the dry needling experience, I have trouble retrieving information sometimes...

I had serious inflammation in the chest cavity after COVID - I was getting relief from massage and the dry needling gave me some temporary relief. What gave me real relief was bumping up the NAC again. NAC kept me from dying of COVID and it also resolved a serious issue afterwards. I can't stress this enough.



NAC has been reported to be a chelator of toxic metals as well as a precursor for glutathione synthesis. Pharmacokinetic studies show rapid absorption after oral administration, and because it is a component of glutathione, NAC actively forms glutathione during first-pass metabolism through the liver.

Back to Anavex - If a simple compound like NAC can do so much I have great hopes for Blarcamesine because it also works on a molecular level but in a more complex manner.
