* bulls need price action to continue to hold above the now rising 156-week SMA ( 3-years' moving average )

* bears need weekly RSI-14 to continue to hold below the 40 level during weekly closes

* weekly TSI now rests at a new 9-year low, though this week has not yet closed ... bulls do
not want to see TSI continue to decline
