Did anyone catch Steven Case's performance last night on CNN's Moneyline? If you thought that KE perfromance was bad in the last CC, should've seen this one. This time it was the interviewer who totally botched the interview. When all was said and done, Steve Case had tore Jan Hopkins into pieces. She asked him about the HUGE price increase and he promptly replied. The next question she asked, even an amature wouldn't ask. "What about your earnings, you say that they might come in higher than expected?" Steve Case's reply:"Will talk about earnings tomorrow." "What about NSCP and the merger rumors?" "We don't address rumors on tv." The next question was really dumb: "How do you justify being the highest paid CEO in your industry? Why is your salary so high?" "AOL's IPO price, split adjusted, is one dollar, today AOL stock sells for over a hundered. I think we have done a pretty good job of increasing shareholder value." This babe was totally unprepared and ask one dumb question after another. I couldn't believe it. Wish KE would get on tv and take no prisoners. Zead
