If you look at the study in question, the lower sperm count was only detected in a time period 75 to 150 days after vaccination. In all the other sample points (15 to 45 days, and past 150 days), there have been no change in sperm count.

No significant change occurred between T0 and T1, but sperm concentration was found to be roughly 15.4 percent lower by T2 and total motile count was 22.1 percent lower. Volume and motility were not changed significantly. By T3, the reductions seemed to have recovered. The sample size of this study was also very small. Just 37 men?
Specifically, the study investigated 220 sperm samples from 37 men who had had two doses of the Pfizer COVID vaccine. Sperm samples were received multiple times—once before vaccination (T0) once 15 to 45 days after vaccination (T1), once 75 to 150 days after vaccination (T2), and once more than 150 days after vaccination (T3). This is an example of antivaxxers seeing one study that confirms their bias, then running away with it. No one bothers to look at the actual study, its sample size, or its results. No one cares whether other researchers are able to reproduce these results.
So far, no one has been able to.
