I would expect NA is rather insulated .... Most of Europe has often appeared to me to be like the Dutch... let us build a wall and inhabit the bottom of the sea... and hope for the best... smatterings in the US like New Orleans ... or Montreal in Canada along the North shore of the main Island, especially the West end near the confluence of the Ottawa and Saint Lawrence river (Lac des Deux Montagnes) but largely no... not the way NA folks think
