HI Paul,

I am a very recent stock holder of INTC.

Partly because I view INTC as a national treasure that has become a second place leader in technology AND NOW SADLY A VALUE PLAY!

They have indicated a desire to boost Capex in an effort to compete with Taiwan Semi. There is no doubt that the Taiwanese Government gives great support to their semi industry.

Many of our Congressmen and women have expressed the need for financial support for the US semi sector revitalization as a necessary support to reclaim our leadership, as enjoyed in the past.

This is a repeat of government assistance that successfully regained leadership when Reagan imposed sanction's on Japans chip industry.

To discuss the obstacle's I see for INTC (what I now consider a value stock) with regards to the Congress's inability to pass supportive legislation vs move their Capex to Europe is totally on subject.

The ability for Intel to receive their share of a 53 billion dollar government support program is totally on subject - including the conflict that prevents it from becoming reality.

I consider non political comments regarding investment decisions to be constructive.

That being said, when the matter that prevents the financial support that is integral to the effort to reestablishing our technological leadership and its associated financial benefits is political - it is time to call a spade an spade.

Perhaps readers of this thread will even agree and make a call to their respective representative that supports the importance of this bill being quickly passed.

I rest my case and request you reconsider labeling this post as political. It has an important view. IMO

Thank You in advance for your consideration.

Bob
