Yes, I saw that and commented. I question if yield will be above inflation, especially if Powell blinks. I'm also worried about the protectionist rhetoric coming out of Washington and the EU against China and the tariffs on Russia. As I have said before, excluding them will raise costs significantly. Domestic labor can't compete and that's not even including the costs of building fabs, factories etc. I doubt it could even be done because there's always some environmental group that ties everything up in court for years. Nevermind water issues for semi fabs and for any factory that is viewed as ugly or dirty, there is the NIMBY hurdle.
