It's pretty simple Bob. No 90% Upside Day yet. No 2 days of 80% Upside in close succession. The semiconductor index stayed at zero PnF Buy Signals for a couple of trading days. Finally it moves but not fast. 2 buy signals for a few days. In the meantime other areas of the market that see money rolling in because they are seen as less cyclical (More safe) were rising within other indexes at a much more rapid rate. Of course I could be wrong Bob. I have been wrong many times but calling a bottom is a lot easier than calling a top. Simple math... RtS
