For an example of yesterday's discussion:
Fjordland Minerals 30-49 cents recommended by Kaiser and another
independent analyst, Robert Bishop from "Gold Mining Report"
see Nov.7/97 "Investors Digest".

Caution as usual, as price yesterday 80 cents, and now is above
Kaisers entry price.

Various negotiations are ongoing; thus with the sensitive nature of
the talks, please understand my earlier reluctance to comment.Much
now is insider information and best wait for public news.Any new
financing being planned, acquisition of new properties, and comments
of Kaisers optimism should circumstances change are speculation at
the moment.

The IR of VSE firms are generally optimistic in their comments to
shareholders. "All reassurances may be true but they are only words,
whereas the investor is dealing with money. They are not the same.
We cannot stress more that it is very important to keep in touch
with the facts and stay objective."
