I post this so that other could verify the seriousness of my intentions and the responses I received. slideshare.net slideshare.net Always before starting a project if in Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Ethiopia, Siberia, - Irkutsk I was studying the history of the location their heritage and the proper behavior to be accepted as one of their own. The only thing I did not do was drinking alcohol, usually in most places vodka or other strong liquors, excusing myself with all kind of pretenses not to offend the party of participants. The most exciting dinner /meal was with the uncle of the Azerbaijani president who in my honor slaughtered a sheep (I realized that later ) as a gesture of respect with all the local dishes some which where a delight. Yes we discussed many issues but was able to circumvent several "discussion landmines". Later was treated with great respect for few years. Similar in Bulgaria.
