Jim-I feel terrible! I'm no help at all with romantic Valentine's ideas. And I'm sorely disappointed at the lack of response from our males...either they won't reveal their soft, gentle side or they don't have one. Last Valentine's Day, I did a candlelight dinner and dressed -shall we say -down? That was fun. Have you done a romantic dinner for her at home? A card table in front of the fireplace? A rose on her plate? On her pillow? Sometimes Dan and I go to poetry readings. That's romantic. One year he took me to see Pavarotti-no wait-that was a birthday. This year-he's taking Ammo to the Keys scuba diving for a science project and I'm going to the Regional Swim meet with CW. How's THAT for romance???? (Can marriage survive children?)
