I don’t recall ever saying that if part of Ukraine's (or any other country’s) territory hadn’t belonged to them since Creation, it’s legit to take it away.

But - true, in our idiotic, propaganda ridden times, we need a reminder that national borders have always been changing. No need to get too crazy over it. We need to become a lot more picky about reasons we’d be willing to use nukes over.

The truth that is horrifying - or at least should be - is that Russia is a great empire, with the capacity to destroy anything and anyone. Right now, thank God, they’re fighting with both their arms tied behind their back, using not even close to 1% of their true destructive potential. But, to think that they would agree to become seriously “weakened” and/or “decolonized” - is utmost insanity. It requires the mental capacity of a cockroach (who will inherit the Earth).

The USA and China are also such great empires. I hope the dumbos who run all three learn to play it safely.
