I watched a lecture today by a neurologist who specializes in researching dementia and Alzheimer's and he says inflammation of the brain seems a root cause, notwithstanding bad genes. .

There are lots of foods that keep inflammation down like green tea and fish oil, tart cherry, turmeric and ginger, etc.

But one of the best and easiest route would be to take curcumin on a daily bases.

Costco has 180 tablets for $33.

Inflammation has come to the spotlight these days as really bad for one's health over the long run.
