Hi James, When I called Mark, I asked him to clarify some rumors for me and he was very thorough in answering. Near the end of conversation, I ask him on the status of the TX deal, he told me "it has been a very long process, which is normal for these type of deals but we should be able to hear something anywhere from 30-60 days". We ended the phone call on a very good note, and Mark sounded sincere.
