Seems like a pretty lousy deal. 2 shares of BCOM to be exchanged for each share of RVSA. RVSA is valued at 17+ and BCOM is at 14+. That means for $28+ worth of BCOM you are getting $17 worth of RVSA. Am I wrong in what I am thinking? John.
