Launch hotline (703) 450-2151 sez Taurus went off at 0558 PST and that everything is fine, including the precise orbits and having established comm with the 2 ORBCOMMs. They didn't say whether the Navy satellite was working, but that's not in their job description-- the orbital delivery is, and is just right.
