I'm getting so addicted to this stock I am already responding to myself!!

I just checked the historical price chart again for OMG. I wanted to see if OMG had the same "January effect" benefit for the beginning of 96 just like Atari did. It turns out OMG did have the same benefit but for only one month. If you look at the price pattern of OMG for the last few months of 95, it is very flat and in a trading range. But then, EXACTLY STARTING on January 1st, the MACD line gave a buy signal and then held that buy signal for one month, during which time OMG had a price appreciation of 72%. Of course after that the stock tanked into a sell off. BUT, now we are approaching the new year and I am getting ready to buy a ton of shares at the bottom. This January effect seems to influence AMEX stocks much more significantly than other stocks. My academic text mentioned that point.

Today there was record all time high volume too.

Other things that make me like this stock are trends in CD ROM sales. I just looked at some 4 year trends in dollar volume sales and unit sales of CD ROMS and they are going nothing but up. In addition, Multimedia PC sales are on the rise too. With the launch of DVD this January by all the major Japanese companies, I think will spur further demand for CD ROMS, DVD disks, and Personal Computers. The Japanese are bettting big on the DVD and will dump tons of advertising revenue to make sure its a hit.

Plus I like the fact that OMG has opted to enlist in a stock repurchase program for up to $3,000,000 worth of shares when they see fit.

I wonder if OMG has an annual report out?
