ECI TELECOM is a major supplier to the telcos.ITS carrier solution should be a perfect fit for VOCLF and the major telcos buying VOCLFs products.Whether it moves the stock We'll see.A lot of people have been waiting a long time for this news in earnest.It certainly keeps us it the top % as far as I'm concerned.
